payment could not be processed?

I received a text saying that my phone service could be terminated because of incomplete billing details, despite paying by direct debit since I first started with IDmobile! Having clicked on the link, and following through to reset my password, it is coming up with error 404. Is this a hoax?

Hi there @Saboonlertuthai that very much looks like a scam.  Especially with it saying “EE Alerts” at the top.

We’d ignore that text, block the number, and definitely do not click the link and provide them with details.

If you have provided details, you may want to change any password information or such that you entered.
