Hi, am I able to set up a payment date to pay the outstanding amount on my bill currently?

Welcome to iD Community.

If you want to make a payment by debit/Credit card as a one off then you will need to call to make that payment .

Do you have a direct debit set up on the account?

If so its very easy, please follow this link on how to change your direct debit date

Hi @Catalina,

 

It’s easy to change your Direct Debit date in the app. Once you’ve logged in, navigate to ‘My Billing’, and then to ‘Manage my Direct Debit’. Then click on ‘Change my Direct Debit date’. You can then choose a new date from the drop-down menu. Please note that all dates might not be available.

You can also change your Direct Debit date in My Account online.
