I paid my bill yes it was overdue but I paid it on Friday 1st January 2021 I was then able to phone and text I made an important call today 2nd January 2021 and not long after that I had a text message from ID saying my contract is now suspended due to non payment and all day I have been unable to make calls or send a text all day why is the suspension placed in the first place especially as the payment was made via the ID app
