Payment Problem as I'm now in USA

Background: My iD Mobile account is from when I was a student in the UK, but I am now back living in USA.

Hi everyone,

The reason I’m posting is that I’m having a serious problem paying an old phone bill.

The problem is that since I no longer have any UK banking cards/accounts, I seem to have no way to pay this bill. I have tried to pay with my Bank of America credit card, but since iD Mobile doesn’t accept international bank cards, the payments have been rejected. Live chat and email support have not been able to help. I would very much like to pay this bill as soon as possible, as iD mobile has threatened legal action if it is not paid, but I am at a loss of what to do. Any help is appreciated.

Hello @JDunk,

 

Payment needs to be made from a UK Bank account so there’s no way around this.

You can try using a service like Revlout, which operate virutal/online Banks and paying this way.
