payment problem when trying to checkout

trying to order my phone having problems. half way through payment set up, i have entered my bank details then continue then it says it fails? id mobile have taken 3p out of bank account and i cant get through to the next stage as the page says it failed clearly it hasn't if its taken money so no order hasnt actually gone through .or no email to confirm anything just i have an item in my basket still . i need help ….

Hello @gemrose,

Have you checked to confirm that the:

Payment card entered matches the billing details of the account?

The billing address matches the delivery address

The billing address on the card matches the details entered on purchase

The card is in your name?

 

These can all be factors.

The billing address matches the delivery address so it took 1p payment 3x as I tried 3 times and process failed Anyway
