Today is my first bill due date. When I log into the app it tells mei need to pay my bill but I am signed up for direct debit. I obviously don't want to end up paying twice but I'm unsure of what to do.

Hey @gl1tangerine,

When the payment date falls on a weekend (which sounds like the case above) the payments can be delayed in being taken by the Bank.

The same happens on Bank Holidays. The payment would then be taken the next working day.

The app should update by tomorrow to confirm the payment has been received.

Can you check this tomorrow and then let us know how you get on?

You can log into you banking app to verify your Direct Debit with us is still active also.
