Are calls and texts free from one id contract to another

Hello @Goddess rock60,

 

Log into the iD app/account to view your current/remaining allowances as well as plan info.

 

Allowances are used per minute of phone calls.

If you make a call to a non-inclusive number, this will use up your out of plan spend up until your cap.

I was shocked to discover after several phonecalls my personal allowance was used up and now my cap allowance. Please advise how I can find out what is my limit as nobody to phone and also how to upgrade this for next month

Hi Tinca3. Yes they are free as long as you have them included with your deal. For example my contract gives me 300 minutes and unlimited text every month.
