premium rate calls
Is 0330 numbers included in plan or are they premium rate numbers ?

Hi there
If you have a cap on your account set to zero (£0) then you’ll be prevented from making any premium rate calls.
0984 numbers would be chargeable you see.

If you log in to your iD Mobile account through the iD Mobile App -or- the My Account area online, you can adjust your cap as needed there.
Calls to 03 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number and must count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls.
