I received a text from 65333 valuestay.mobi and then a text from iD saying I'd reached 80% of may cap, found that the text from 65333 is a premium rate text costing £4.50, I didn't sign up to receive these texts, how do I stop them and get my money back?
Hi @Rob19
I have been victim of this scam as well and many many more people. This is not closed issue to ID Mobile it can happen to anyone.
Here are search results from the community with other people posting about it.
The best option is to check it here https://psauthority.org.uk/for-consumers/service-checker as you would able to rise a complain regarding the company that send you this text as well as help to cancel this scam subscription.
Regards
