Premium text messages not sending

Just repeating a question that one of the community members submitted a month ago which stated:

‘Having checked I have activated the Premium feature on my phone and I have full allowances and a cap that hasnt been exceeded, I still cannot send a text to a competition number?’

You responded to that community member to say that you would check over their account and PM them with your findings.

Could you be good enough to do the same checks on my account, so I can use the premium features, and let me know what you find.

I am sorry to hear about that. Sometimes with competition numbers, they may not be set up on the billing system (sometimes due to them being new numbers) so these issues tend to need further attention from our Technical Team.

I have now sorted the problem and all i can say is it was down to user error.
