Proof of pruchase

Why is sending a proof of purchase to me so difficullt ID mobile? I need one quickly. I requested one 10 days ago via live text and you have still not sent it to me. All live text seem to be able to do is request another one and not actually send me a proof of purchase. Surely this should be a quick and easy task?
