For the last few months I have received a £2.54 charge (marked as UK) on my bill. With VAT this has increased my bill total from £10 to £13. Previous bills have the UK subheading as £0.00, so I don’t know why this has suddenly appeared. I have not used my minutes to ring premium numbers.
Can anyone help?
Hey @Amelia97 ,
The 'UK' section of your bill often refers to additional usage, when in the UK, that is outside of your usual allowances. Further down on your bill you should be able to see this charge against a certain call or text etc.
If you need any further help with what this might be, please contact our Live Chat Team here so we can take a look.
