Hi, so i recently upgraded with id online and instead of upgrading it took out a new contract that i had to pay a upfront cost of £99.99 and i havent receved a refund, ive sent the phone back and the phone got back to the warehouse on the 26th of march I send all my details away with the phone and I'm starting to panic as its a lot of money. I've emailed the customer services team and haven't had a reply, I know its probably a hard time due to the situation going on now, although I was still expecting to receive a refund by last week. I have emailed them on my main email.
