Refund due for final bill

My final bill arrived and I was in credit. I have since moved and had two bills for my new contract, however my iD mobile bill still has not been refunded. Your live chat has not been working so I need someone to speak with me in order to get my refund.

Shocking that it is not sorted through DD.
