I ordered a SIM but got 2 SIMs. I immediately notified via on-line chat and I was told that the second one will be cancelled. I was still charged for the second SIM. I authorised one direct debit but 2 direct debits were made from my bank account.
Now for 3 weeks I am contacting ID mobile for a refund of £0.39. I was told that "Yes I will raise the credit and the refund will appear in the next 5 working days in your bank account." Still did not get it!
I was wondering whether I should stay with ID mobile with this ridiculous customer service!
