I have paid my bill in full yesterday morning but im still unable to make calls or messages… can anyone help me or advise me who to contact so i can i tey & have them restored please 🙏🏽

I have paid the bill days ago and still have restricted services and have been messaged multiple times from various iD staff members all saying to go to live chat but the URL is down with the link that has been private messaged to me. I really need my phone working as I am driving my mum to the care home where she works and they have reports of COVID-19 at their residences where she works so please hurry up and lift my services ASAP as I don't owe any money on my account.
