SMS Fair Usage Policy
I would specifically like a formal copy of the "SMS" Fair Usage Policy for the case of unlimited SMS and for fixed number of SMS.

We don't have a formal copy of the SMS fair usage policy nor do we have a fixed number of messages that you're allowed to send per month in regards to ordinary UK usage. As long as the tariff packages are being used for personal use only, and we see no huge spikes in SMS messages being sent per day, then you should encounter no issues when signing up to a plan with an unlimited SMS package.
The only fair usage policy that we currently have written into our terms and conditions are those relating to EU roaming usage. You can view our EU roaming Fair Usage and Open Data Policy here, just in case you use the plan abroad in the future.
