Struggling to pay bill need a payment plan need service on to help find work

Hi @Mickyboy2,

Unfortunately we can’t offer a payment plan. Are you on a SIM only plan? If so, you might be able to move to a lower priced plan to reduce your bills for now. If you log into your app, you will be able to do the plan change.

Hi there .my services are now disconnected.and been sent a final bill am able to bring my account up to date if i pay the outstanding balance will i get reconnected

Hi @Mickyboy2, you will be able to get reconnected once the balance is paid, but it won’t happen automatically. You’ll need to contact the Live Chat team once the balance is cleared.

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Once you land on the page above, scroll down to see the Live Chat section. 

The Live Chat button may not always appear as ‘available’. If so, it may be a matter of waiting, until an agent is available, so please be patient.

Once the agent is available the button appears blue, indicating that an agent is available.
