Hi, couldn't find your live chat feature to ask this.
Ive just received a text from "Alerts3", no number attached, with the contents of the following:
"We were unable to take your most recent transaction.To avert closure of your account,log-on 3restores.com to revise your billing advances."
I'm guessing from the format that this isnt legit, but just wanted to check.

It sounds like a scam here, as we don’t send texts via 3.
From my recollection, for texts via 3, (if you were with 3) it’s 3Alerts that they use.
I wouldn’t recommend clicking any links or providing any details here. Block the sender if possible.
