Text from iD about allowance

I had a text from iD this morning saying I'd used 100% of my allowance and I'd now be charged £10.24 per 100MB.Dashboard shows I've 500MB left from an add on valid until end of October. Chat line unavailable to confirm one way or the other. Anyone else had a similar experience?

The text messages sent relating to your data allowance being used do not take into account any add-ons you may have purchased.



We'd always recommend checking your app for the most up to date allowance information to avoid any confusion.
