Can someone from ID tell me why my top cashback cashback has been declined? I have paid all bills and followed all terms. £30. How can I raise a dispute about this? I signed up to ID based on the fact you are offering the cashback for what I have signed up for. Please contact me asap.

Hi there @Lukew89 

Was this cashback you are referring to one that was listed on our own website?

Or was this through a third-party cashback site?  If the latter, have you spoken to them?  It could be that you’ve maybe not followed through on whatever cashback link they needed from you -or- just something they need to investigate from their own end.
