I then get a call from iD mobile stating that the payment hasn't gone through urging me to pay now.I contact TSB who confirm that they've authorised payment and they've even given me authorisation codes. I call back ID who state nope. no payment received. I call back TSB in distraught who tell me that iD mobile will need to fax several informations across to TSB. why is this happening?!
