Hi,
Paid my bill yesterday. Still unable to make calls/texts and use mobile data. When I try to make a call it says I am unable to make calls due to an outstanding balance of zero pounds and no pence.
I have seen others have this issue but all responses are about calling customer support line which is not currently in use.
Please help!
