I have an old iD mobile account that I need to pay off, I owe quite a large amount, however when I try to login to my online account it states that as it’s older than 6 months old I can’t login. I tried to phone the call centre, but it’s closed due to covid, and when I called the iD mobile payment line it states my balance is up to date (Even though I know it’s not, and even ID mobile live chat stated how much I owe).
Any help here would be appreciated.
