unlimited contract wont let make calls due to a cap?

Please help. I need to use my phone I don't want to pay out more money to increase a CAP as my contract states and I pay for and have checked my dashboard today. I have unlimited calls and texts. I need to make calls asap. Please help. Louise

Hi @Loulou1,

Which number are you trying to call? Unlimited calls allowances won’t include premium or non-geographical calls as they carry a charge so it’s likely this could be the reason why. Please let me know if this is not the case.
