On 4th April You sent me a message saying I’d used 100% of my minutes.
When I go on the iD app on my phone the first thing it tells me is I have unlimited minutes. HELP

I have answered very similar question in here. Just to add to that. I am sure you won't be charged anything extra as long as you got unlimited minutes active.

I have just received a message to say I have used all my minutes and will be charged now of 40p per call. On checking I still have 192 minutes. Help please

Have you bought any add-ons at all? If so, the message won’t account for that, but the App will when it displays what you have left.
