Unrecognisable texts to my phone about my account

I don’t have access to my ID app as I have forgotten my login details, I’ve tried to reset them but I keep getting an error message, today I have gotten multiple texts to my phone referring to a person named Charlotte (My name is Ryan) the texts confirm cancellation of my contract and a fee of £80+. I tried calling but I was referred here to ask, my fear is that someone has managed to get into my account, can anyone offer any resolve for this, or pass me on to someone who can? Thanks
