waiting for refund after leaving..

I have closed my account with ID and am waiting for a very small credit of £2.30 as my bill says I am in credit. 

My last bill was generated 2nd October and the direct debit was due on 16th October. But it hasn’t been credited. 

What do I need to do to get that money in my account please?

I think you should call Id and ask them what you need to do to get the money in your account. Their number is ‪+44 333 003 7777‬.

Funny isn’t it - you sign up online. You text to get your pac to leave.

You can email us on and we’ll be able to look into refunding any credit you’re due via the Direct Debit.

You don’t need to call us for this.
