Want to cancel old contract/sim only

After checking my bank account it seems I have an old direct debit still running from years ago for one of my children who have since upgraded. I’m not sure of the phone number/account details. I cannot find the live chat option to speak to any of you. Please contact me to progress before I just cancel the direct debit out of frustration!  Thanks
