Whats happened to my allowance?

Hi I have recently joined iD and my app has just refreshed for the first time today. And I'm not happy.

My allowance is supposed to be
1000 min
Unlimited text
6gb data

The app is now showing
266 mi
Unlimited text
2.59gb data

Also yesterday I had around 2gb more data and 500min... The data hasn't rolled over.

So I feel although I have had 2gb data stolen from me.

I belive I started on the 12th May
I changed my billing date to the 3rd
But the refresh date is showing 10 days left.

I have tried calling but conveniently you are having problems with your systems.

Hello @Ant666_2,

This has occurred due to the Direct Debit date change.
Your billing period has been affected which has had an effect on the Data Rollover also.

You've received a pro-rata'd allowance for the shorter period due to the date change.
Data Rollover works when you've had a full billing month (usually 30-days) however, due to the change, this has led to a smaller billing month.

Your full allowances should kick in when the plan resets in accordance with your newly selected billing dates.
