When are payments taken?
Applied for a SIM only deal yesterday , received an email today stating first direct debit payment will be taken in 2 weeks time, but I haven't received the SIM card yet. Is this normal?

Our SIMs are activated upon dispatch.
The first bill is generated within 24-48 hours of this date.
The first payment won't be taken up until 14-days after.
The SIM should be with you within 2-3 days but if you don't receive it by then, please let us know and we'll assist.
