When is my first bill taken?

I got a contract through carephone warehouse on this network on the 1st December, does anyone know when the first bill will be taken out, and what if i cant afford it do i get a certain amount of extra time

Hi @Dansimo123,

The bill is generated once the order is dispatched and the first bill will be taken by Direct Debit within 14-days of this date. If the payment fails, we will try again within 5-days. After this, your service may be blocked.
