When will my Direct Debit be taken?

I’ve changed my direct debit dates to the second of each month and I wanted to know if the billing date shown is the date of my direct debit date as well meaning the date that the money is going to be taken

Hi there, did you change the Direct Debit through us or through your bank? Assuming you changed it through us, the Direct Debit date will be whatever date you selected. The billing date is typically 14 days prior to this date.
