When you get your bill what does the “uk” part mean on the list of charges

On your bill your monthly payment is listed with “uk” and vat I really don’t understand what uk is or means but it should be specified as it can be such a large portion of my bill ??

That "UK" would imply that you've had charges outside of your standard monthly allowance, and that these charges were at a UK rate (as opposed to the costs to use the phone whilst roaming abroad (outside of the EU that is).

If you look further down on the bill, under the "Invoice breakdown" section, it should outline what charges you have received there.

If you want to prevent any further charges outside of your standard monthly bill, we would strongly recommend placing a cap on your account at £0 (zero) or something close to that to ensure you can't rack up any costs once you've run out of minutes, texts, or data. You can apply a cap within the "My Account" section online, or through the iD Mobile App.
