Where has my data gone?

I had 2.3gb data yesterday and it's vanished today. 

 

Why?

Sorry to hear about the data issues that you have experienced.

Have you taken a look at your data usage on the iD Mobile App or iD Mobile account?

It may be worth checking that you don’t have apps running in the background that may be using up your data.
