Why do I still get charged by my old mobile phone operator?

I have switched from Three to ID Mobile, and still get charged by Three (and ID too). Haven’t you tell Three about my change? My mobile phone number was changed perfectly. Thanks.

Can you please confirm how you switched to iD mobile, did you use a PAC ?

Hi @Pearl_c6 , yes I used PAC. I have contacted Three and apparently, they have sorted it out, they are going to give me that money back. Thanks anyway.
