Why has my iD bill increased?

So my id bill is £41.06 a month my bill starts getting sorted on the 14th every month then payment can be taken out from the 28th of every month it usually gets taken out a couple of days later depending what day it lands on or if there are any holidays etc. It’s now suddenly showing on the iD app as £81.12 it says on my direct debit on my bank app that July the 1st is when I will get charged £41.06

Have you logged into the app/account to view the bill?

 

All of our bills are itemised and will provide a full breakdown of what the charges are.

 

If you’ve recently:

  • Changed plans
  • Changed your Direct Debit date

This can lead to a pro-rata bill which is why the charges may seem higher.
