My payment has been taken twice this month? This has now left me with no money

Hello @Sarahlh20,

We would never collect a Direct Debit twice unless you have multiple accounts.

 

A Direct Debit is collected 14-days after your bill is produced (in some cases a day or so later).

Some banks don’t report this until a few days, especially if payment falls on a weekend.

 

Do you mean that your bill is much higher than normal? Or that 2 payments from iD Mobile have been collected via Direct Debit?

 

If you’ve paid manually, when a Direct Debit was due to be (or already has been) taken, then this will result in multiple payments being taken.

 

Please let us know so we can look into this a little further.
