Why have I been charged

last month I decided to go onto a sim only contract and I signed up for a 30day Rolling contract with you, I phoned my current network and they offered me a better deal so the day after I cancelled my contract with you and today I’ve had a letter charging me for a service I never even used, I didn’t even get the SIM card out of the packaging so why are you charging me?

Hi @Aylett15,

We would only charge you for the time in which the SIM card was activated. The bill will have been issued upon activation, so if you had cancelled after this was ready to be sent, the bill could be out of date.

You will receive a final bill with a breakdown of what is owed and any refunds/credits available due to leaving.
