I have 500 minutes of free calls per month but on my latest statement I have been charged for a 5 minute call I made. Could you explain why this is please.
Hi @Beej1
Just to clarify things. Did you by any chance called premium number or made international call? Premium numbers start at 09, 084, 087, 070, 076. They will be charged outside of your free allowance.
Kind Regards

Hello @Beej1 ,
It's likely that the number called was not included in your allowance.
Can you confirm for us the number you called if it is just a company number/public number?
If the number you called was a personal contact, just confirm for us the first 5 digits of the number to help us better understand this.

HI, Mohammed. It was Sky I called and unfortunately I used one if their 084 numbers instead if the one beginning 03, which I think would be included in my minutes, or their free number. Thanks for the input.

Hello @Beej1 ,
That makes sense, thanks for clarifying.
According to our Call Chargers & Add-Ons page:
084 & 087 numbers are classed as non-geographic numbers and are not included in your allowances.
03 numbers are perfectly fine as these are considered UK landline numbers like 01 & 02 numbers.
These will simply come out of your allowances like normal.
