my plan was 500 minutes & unlimited text for £5 a month (i don’t have internet etc on my fone so data is irrelevant) but due to self isolation, i have been ringing friends & family more than usual, so yesterday i changed my plan to unlimited calls & texts for £6 a month & i got conformation that it had changed. i rang more than normal from yesterday aftyernoon onwards but tonight i got a text saying id gone over my call allowance & will be charged at 40p per min. im now too worried to make any calls to my family. can anyone please advise to what i should do?
