Why have you setup 5 Direct Debits on my account?
I have just signed up to ID mobile. I received 5 emails "Thanks for setting up your ID Direct Debit" each containing the same Originator ID but all with a different reference. After Live Chat with your team I was told there was only one Direct Debit. Today, I receive 5 emails from my bank saying you have setup 5 Direct Debits?!

This doesn't sound right, we'd only ever set up one Direct Debit per contract so we'd like to look into this for you.
So we can do this, can you please email us with an overview of your issue, including your community username, full name, full address, mobile number and date of birth?
