why isnt my phone showing my phone in the id app

So a week ago I got my phone and when I logged in to the id app, my phone was not there and I think that that is because I have another phone, but that is the only thing that shows there and also there it's another issue, my direct debit has been cancelled with my bank file some reason and Iui don't know why.

Please help.

I am sorry to hear this, please can you explain further when you state that the phone is not showing in the app? Screenshots would be perfect.

In regards to the Direct Debit issue, you can set this back up within your app by heading to the “Billing” section along the bottom navigation bar and then by clicking “Manage my Direct Debit details”.
