Why was I charged £10.19 this month?

This is my second month using iD, I signed up for £10 for 9GB deal, for some reason the second month is 19p more, anyone know?

I presume you signed up to one of their 30-day rolling contracts.

If you have the app you could take a look at the breakdown of your bill, from there you can download a copy to your phone or pc. You can access this from their website too once logged into your account.
It should tell you what was charged.

Some things though aren't included in your allowance and will be charged on top of your plan.
For example Multimedia Messages (a standard text will convert to a MMS when emojis are included) and calls to certain numbers.

Also if go over your allowence you'll be charged at an out-of-plan fee, you can set a cap to limit this though through thd app.
