I was in the middle of downloading a map over WiFI when a message came up telling me I'd reached my limit and I can't finish the download Why is there a limit on data via WiFi? This has never happened before with my previous provider.

Hey @Clueless

Which company provides Wifi in your house? Is it mobile broadband or home broadband that you are using?

Hello @Clueless,

iD Mobile does not provide your WiFi so we would not send this message.
Perhaps you are mistaking your Mobile Data usage with your WiFi usage?

If you've depleted all of your monthly data, you'd usually get a text to advise so.
If you've got a spend cap in place, you can continue to use data up until you reach your cap.
(For £0.00 spend cap, it'll stop as soon as your data has finished).

Can you clarify for us?
