Wrong allowances restart date
My bill goes to 10 May, why don't allowances restart until 19May?

It is normal for your allowance to restarted after around two weeks after your bill. I am being charged on the 26th each month but my allowance restart on 11th month after. As example I was charged on 26th of April but my allowance will restart on 11th of May.

Hikari is correct. Your allowances usually refresh up to 14-days before we take your payment so this sounds about right.
