You have taken my monthly payment yesterday £29.99 then today you have taken another payment for £29.95 as my account has a cap at £5.00 and the app says I have used any cap can you explain to me why you have taken this payment without my authority or knowledge 

I want my money return

That’s odd.

We’d only ever take 1 payment per month which is for the bill and produced in advance, confirming what date we’d be taking this.

Have you got more than 1 iD Mobile account?

If you tap on the Direct Debit in your bank app and click more info on each Direct Debit payment, you can verify if the numbers are the same.

If both the numbers are the same, then this is the same account. 

If it’s different then it’s likely 2 separate accounts.

 

In regards to the cap, you can view the PDF bill and scroll down the pages to see what the extra charges are for.
