Hi there,

 

I have a 1 month sim only plan and took out an add on of data for 12 months for £30 per month. At the time I didn’t realise it was a 12 month add on.

 
my question is if I move to a different network and port my number will I be charged the remainder of the add on? 

in my PAC code text it says estimated charges are £0.00 but I want to make sure it is £0.00 and no additional charge for an add on plan

Hi @Ailishh93,

Our 12-month add-ons just mean that the allowance will expire after 12-months and it is a one-off payment only. If you choose to leave us, you won’t be charged for another add-on.
