Hi I have checked my account today and it says I have an outstanding balance however I have paid all my bills on time and the full amounts. I have had this issue before and it was a national problem. Can anyone help ? ThanksĀ

Hi @Rlbrowne, this often happens when the Direct Debit date falls on a weekend. We were also having some issues with the app when you left your post. Could you check again for me today?
