I’m guessing a payment was taken by Direct Debit but you made a manual payment too? If so, any overpayment will come off next months bill.
Yeah made a manual payment. So I won’t be charged in February then is that right?
Will that come up on the App?

If you made a manual payment when a Direct Debit was taken, then the additional payment is stored on your account as a credit.
Your next bill when produced in February is just taken from that credit so if the bill is the same amount, it means no payment will be due for February and your bill will be paid as soon as it’s generated.
